气管内吸痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察气管内吸痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法：选择小儿肺炎的患儿80例，随机分为实验组及对照组各40例．实验组在常规治疗的基础上加以气管内吸痰，对照组采用传统的吸痰方法。结果：两组在吸痰的间隔时间，痰液潴留情况及血氧饱和度等方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：气管内吸痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效显著。
