| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折的处理方法及疗效。方法38例开放性骨折,早期彻底清创、按开放性骨折Gustilo分组选择扩髓或非扩髓型交锁髓内钉固定方法,根据软组织损伤严重程度和创口张力大小确定是否延期闭合伤口。结果38例病人中,无一例发生骨的感染,以骨折愈合的时间为标准,优31例,良5例,差2例,优良率94.7%(36/38)。结论早期彻底清创、用交锁髓内钉固定胫骨开放性骨折以及对严重软组织损伤延期闭合伤口等处理,取得了良好的手术效果。
