| 摘 要： | 目的观察Buerger运动对下肢多发骨折内固定术后患者血液流变学的影响。方法将40例下肢多发骨折患者按随机表法分为观察组和对照组各20例，观察组采用Buerger运动进行康复训练，对照组采用传统功能锻炼法进行康复训练，观察两组患者术后第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天（下床活动第1天）、第28天血液流变学指标情况。结果两组术后第3天血液流变学各指标与第7天的红细胞压积比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组第7天（除红细胞压积）、第14天、第21天和第28天各项指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01、P〈0．001）。结论Buerger运动康复锻炼较传统康复锻炼更能有效改善下肢多发骨折患者术后血液流变学指标，预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。
