| 摘 要： | 目的：总结采用经支气管镜支气管黏膜下注射硬化剂-1％乙氧硬化醇治疗肺切除术后支气管胸膜瘘的临床经验。方法：8例支气管胸膜瘘患者接受经支气管镜注射硬化剂的治疗。8例中，全肺切除术后2例，肺叶切除术后6例。结果：6例患者获得痊愈，无手术相关并发症发生。结论：经支气管镜支气管黏膜下注射硬化剂治疗支气管胸膜瘘是一种安全、有效的方法，值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize our experience on treatment of bronchopleural fistula through submucosal injection of scle- rosing agent-1% polidocanol using flexible bronchoscope.Methyls:8 patients with postoperative bronchopleural fistula were treated by submucosal injection of sclerosing agent through bronchoscopy,including 2 post-pneumonectomy patients and 6 post-lobectomy patients.Results:6 patients were cured successfully with no complications Conclusion:Submucosal injection of sclerosing agent-1%polidocanol through flexible bronchoscope is a safe and effective method,thus worth recommending. |
