男性性病患者感染来源及安全套使用情况调查

目的了解男性性病患者的感染来源及高危性行为安全套的使用情况。方法对本院性病门诊1999年1月~2003年10月的男性性病患者3223例,采用当场提问方法。结果1999年~2003年因嫖娼的感染率分别为64.37%,57.22%,45.27%,48.15%和48.22%。高危性行为安全套的每次及大部分使用的比例1999年~2003年分别为45.7%,58.98%,72.37%,81.57%和79.59%。结论男性性病患者感染来源主要为嫖娼,但非婚性伴感染呈明显上升趋势,高危性行为安全套的使用率明显上升,性病、艾滋病防治知识的普及有待推广。

Investigation of the Infection Sources and the Rate of Condoms Use Among Male Patients with STD

Objective To investigate the infection sources and the rate of condoms use in insecure sexual behaviors.Methods 3 223 male patients with sexually transmitted disease (STD) had been questioned and interviewed at STD clinic of our hospital from January 1999 to October 2003.Results The rates of STD infection caused by whoring were 64.37%, 57.22%,45.27%,48.15%,48.22% respectively from 1999 to 2003, and the rates of condoms use among commercial sexual behaviors were 45.70%,58.98%,72.37%,81.57% and 79.59% respectively.Conclusion The main source of STD infection is whoring among male patients, but the rate of STD infection among unmarried sexual partners increased dramatically recent years. The rate of condoms use in insecure sexual behaviors also increased recent years. It is important to recommend knowledges of STD and AIDS prevention.
