通塞脉微丸活性部位群化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:分离鉴定通塞脉微丸活性部位群中的化学成分。方法:通塞脉微丸活性部位群经硅胶柱层析分离,IR,NMR和MS方法确定结构。结果:分得9个化合物,经鉴定分别是:肉桂酸,阿魏酸,甘草素,木犀草素,异甘草素,甘草苷,咖啡酸,绿原酸,甘草次酸。结论:通塞脉微丸中主要活性部位群是黄酮类、酚酸类及皂苷类等。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify chemical constituents in the active fractions of Tongsaimai Pellets.METHODS The active fractions of Tongsaimai Pellets were isolated by gel column chromatography,the structure were identified by means of IR,NMR and MS.RESULTS 9 compounds were identified,they are cinnamic acid,ferulic acid,liquiritigenin,luteolin,isoliquiritigenin,liquiritin,caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,and glycyrrhetinic acid.CONCLUSION The active fractions of Tongsaimai Pellets are flavones,phenolic acids...
