| 摘 要： | 目的探讨皮质醇与前列腺癌雄激素非依赖发生的关系。方法应用放射免疫法检测激素依赖和激素非依赖前列腺癌(PCa)血清皮质醇水平,并与前列腺增生(BPH)患者相比较。结果PCa患者血清皮质醇水平明显高于BPH患者,雄激素非依赖者明显高于依赖者。结论皮质醇与前列腺癌激素非依赖的发生有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation of glucocorticoids to hormone-refractory prostate cancer(HRPC).Methods The patients with prostate cancer were divided into groups of androgen-dependent Pca(ADPC)and hormone-refractory prostate cancer(HRPC)based on clinical and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level in blood,the serum cortisol level was tested by radio-immunoassay.Results The serum cortisol level in prostate cancer were higher significantly than those in BPH,and those in HRPC group were significantly higher than in ADPC(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a strong relationship between higher cortisol level and progression from ADPC to HRPC. |
