Cross-talk between integrin and c-Met during the invasion and metastasis of tumor

The c-Met and integrin are important Transmembrane receptors in tumor cells, both of which can transduce the signal of invasion and metastasis independently. In recent years, more and more reports indicate that there is not only direct action in the membrane of tumor cell, but also precise regulation in their transduction and expression between them. To realize this cross-talk is very helpful in understanding the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of tumor and useful in looking for rational inhibitors of c-Met and integrin.
