中护生毕业实习期适应中存在问题及对策研究进展

中护生作为一个适应系统,在毕业实习期,存在许多适应问题,生理方面出现疲劳及植物神经功能紊乱的反应;心理方面表现出焦虑、抑郁;社会、文化、发展方面表现为不能与带教老师及病人建立融洽的人际关系,理论与实践不能很好结合,不能胜任现代护士角色.从而采取关心护士生理问题,加强职业价值观念教育,加强理论学习,培养理论联系实际能力,提高教师素质,灵活运用各种授课方法,采取院校结合的实习方法等管理对策,使她们更顺利地适应毕业实习.

Discussion on the problems of secondary nursing students in clinical practice

There were inadaptive responses among the secondary nursing students during clinical practice,such as fatigue and disorder of the plant nervous function anxiety and depression in the psychology.The secondary nursing students could not establish harmonious relation with teachers and patients in clinica practice,They could not combine theory with practice and they were not qualified to play a nursing role.Therefore,it is necessary that we should concern with nursing students' physiologic need and educate them to strengthen the professional value,cultivate the ability of combing theory with practice and raise the general quality of teachers, use different methods in giving lessons to the students and use practicing methods to develop a good relation between school with hospital to raise the teaching effects.
