大学生情绪调节与心理健康的关系

摘    要:目的 研究大学生情绪调节与心理健康的关系.方法 选用一般健康问卷和情绪调节问卷,对398名大学生进行调查.结果 差异检验表明,在情绪调节策略上,存在非常显著的性别差异,男生更倾向于使用表达抑制策略(t=3.135, P<0.01);在认知重评策略上无显著性别差异(t=1.259, P>0.05).相关分析表明:认知重评策略水平越高,自我肯定性越强,负性情感(忧郁、焦虑)越少,心理健康水平越高.结论 情绪调节中的认知重评策略与大学生的心理健康水平有密切联系.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between emotion regulation and mental health in college students. Methods 398 college students were tested with General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-20 and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Results There were significant gender differences in expression suppression. Male students showed more use of suppression as an emotion regulation strategy than female ones. For cognitive reappraisal, there were no significant gender differences. The study suggested that using reappraisal was significantly correlated with GHQ-20 depression and anxious negatively, correlated with self-acceptance positively. Conclusion Using reappraisal was significantly correlated with mental health.
