| 摘 要： | 目的]评价不同护理方式对微创技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效影响.方法]对100例腰椎间盘突出病人分别采用臭氧消融术和椎间盘切吸术,术后根据护理方式分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组在骨科常规护理的基础上给予预见性支持护理,对照组采用骨科常规护理,随访1年～2年,比较分析两组治疗效果.结果]两组优良率、复发率差别有统计学意义,治疗组优良率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),而复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论]预见性支持护理能增强病人的防护意识、减少人为破坏椎体平衡的因素、增强腰椎的稳定性、保证术后治疗效果,从而提高优良率、减少复发率.
