| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年前列腺癌去势治疗患者抑郁心理的循证护理措施。方法根据2006年2月至2008年6月27例老年前列腺癌患者去势治疗具体情况，提出护理问题，收集相关研究证据，采取相应护理措施。结果患者抑郁心理减轻或消除，能主动配合治疗与护理。结论采取循证护理方法可促进老年前列腺癌去势患者早日康复，提高生活质量及患者对护理服务的满意度。
