| 摘 要： | 教师职务聘任制是深化高校人事制度改革的一项重要内容。本文结合首都医科大学开展教师职务聘任制的具体实践过程，对如何继续推进并不断完善教师职务聘任制度，建设一支素质优良、结构合理、充满活力的高水平师资队伍，进行了初步的探讨。
