| 摘 要： | 2年内实行婴儿期先心病手术38例。结果36例存活，无任何术后并发症，2例死亡（死亡率5.26%）。通过对婴儿心脏手术围术期的状况进行分析和讨论，认为婴儿期心脏手术在心肌保护和术后处理等方面有其独特之处，并且也是比较安全的，手术主要决定因素是心脏畸形严重程度和术后处理。

| Abstract: | Thirty eight cases of infant cardiac diseases underwent surgical correction from Feb. 1999 to Oct. 2000. Thirty six infants recovered without occurrence of any complications and 2 cases died (5.26 %). The paper discussed our understanding and treatment of perioperative infant cardiac performance, and it was considered that infant cardiac operations are safe under good perioperative management except much complex cardiac anomalies. |
