摘    要:为探讨肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)流行规律与疫源地类型 ,以制定有针对性的防制措施。采用直接免疫荧光法 (FAT)检测鼠肺汉坦病毒 (HV)抗原 ;采用间接免疫荧光法 (IFAT)检测EHF病人血清中抗体 ,血凝抑制试验 (HI)进行血清学分型。结果表明 ,全省 2 2 30例病人 ,主要分布在浙东和浙西丘陵区 ,1月和 5、6、7月为二个发病高峰 ,青壮年农民发病最多。对以姬鼠型为主的混合型疫区 ,应选择双价疫苗进行预防接种 ,以控制疫情。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the epidemic characteristics and types of foci and preventive strategy of HFRS. Method: FAT was used to detected HV antigen in lungs of mouse, and IFAT for antibody detection in HFRS patients. HI was used to determine the serological type. Result: All 2 230 cases of whole province were mainly distributed in east and west hill areas of Zhejiang province. January and May to July were the two peak periods of HFRS in Zhejinag. Most of the cases were young strong peasants. Conclusion: Apodemus agrarius was the main mouse in mixed type areas, we should select bivalent vaccine for controlling this disease.
