脾气虚对雄性大鼠阴茎组织NOS活性影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察脾气虚对雄性大鼠阴茎组织NOS活性的影响,为临床男性性功能障碍从脾论治提供实验依据。方法:选择健康Wistar雄性大鼠40只,按随机数字表法随机分为4组,正常组、模型组、男宝组、四君子汤组。正常对照组不给予任何刺激,其余各组采用苦寒泻下加劳倦过度法(大黄灌胃加游泳法)复制大鼠脾气虚模型。检测各组大鼠血清胃泌素、D-木糖醇含量及阴茎组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性等指标的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组、男宝组大鼠血清胃泌素、D-木糖醇水平明显降低,四君子汤组大鼠血清胃泌素、D-木糖醇水平较模型组及男宝组明显升高,与正常组无明显差异。模型组与男宝组大鼠阴茎组织NOS活性明显低于正常组,四君子汤组大鼠阴茎组织NOS活性明显高于模型组与男宝组,与正常组比较差异不明显。结论:脾气虚可降低大鼠阴茎组织的NOS活性,影响性功能,补益脾气可改善其NOS水平。

Experimental Studies on Effects of Spleen - Qi Deficiency on NOS Activity in Penile Tissue of Male Rats

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of spleen - qi deficiency on NOS activity in penile tissue of male rats to provide experimental basis for the treatment of clinical male sexual dysfunction on the spleen theory. Methods : According to the method of random digits table, 40 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly di~ded in- to 4 groups: normal group, model group, Nanbao group, and Sijunzi decoction group. The normal control group were not given any stimulation, other groups were stimulated by overstrain method of bitter cold diarrhea ( intra- gastric administration of rhubarb and swimming) to induce the spleen- qi deficiency rats model. Changes of the serum gastrin, serum D- xylitol, and penile tissue nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity index were detected. Results : To compared with normal group, levels of serum gastrin and serum D - xylitol of model group and Nan- bao group significantly decreased while those of Sijunzi decoction group significantly increased ; there was no sig- nificant difference compared with normal group. Penile tissue NOS activity of model group and Nanbao group was significantly lower than that of normal group, while that of Sijunzi decoction group was significantly higher than that of model group and Nanbao group ; there was no significant difference compared with normal group. Conclu- sions: Spleen - qi deficiency can reduce penile tissue NOS activity of rat and affects sexual function ; tonifying spleen -qi can improve the change.
