| 摘 要： | 目的:以水蛭素为模型药物,考察猪鼻黏膜作为鼻腔给药离体实验用黏膜的可行性。方法:以同位素示踪法标记和测定水蛭素,采用Valia-Chien水平扩散池法,以兔鼻黏膜作对照,计算猪鼻黏膜和兔鼻黏膜的累积渗透量和渗透系数。结果:离体猪鼻黏膜与离体兔鼻黏膜比较,渗透系数无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:猪鼻黏膜可以作为鼻腔给药离体实验用黏膜。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the feasibility of pig's nasal mucosaas nasal mucosa model of experiment.Methods:The two-chamber diffusion cells method was adopted to investigate the difference of the accumulation permeating amount and permeability coefficientbeteween tbe pig's nasal and the rabbit's nasal.Results:there is no significant difference in the two animal's permeability coefficient.Conclusion:pig's nasal mucosa can be used in experiment. |
