| 摘 要： | 目的观察肌兴奋仪对脑瘫儿童SPR术后肌力提高,功能改善的影响.方法对我院收治的27例患者SPR术后进行肌兴奋仪治疗,同时选择36例患者作为对照.对两组结果进行统计分析.结果肌兴奋仪治疗组患者的术后肌力以及运动功能均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论肌兴奋仪能较快提高脑瘫儿童SPR术后的肌力,促进运动功能的改善.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Muscle Stimulating Instrument in enforcing the strength of weaken muscles after selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR). MethodsA group of 27 patients with spastic cerebral palsy aging from 3 to 10 years at the average of 5.7 years were treated with the instrument after SPR. A control group of 36 cases was adopted. Muscle strength, gait and motor function amelioration were compared between two groups. ResultsResults of treatment group in both muscle strength and motor function are better than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionsMuscle stimulating instrument is effective to tone up the muscles which patients felt weak after SPR, and to accelerate the course of rehabilitation. |
