摘    要:目的探讨氟伐他汀对维持性血液透析患者炎症因子的影响。方法选择我院维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者56例,随机分为观察组(氟伐他汀组)和对照组(非氟伐他汀组)各28例。两组患者于治疗前及治疗后6个月检测高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、白介素-6(IL与)、肿瘤坏死因子仅(TNF-α)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)水平。结果治疗6个月后,氟伐他汀治疗组hsCRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TG、TC、LDL—C的水平均有所下降,HDL—C升高,与治疗前及非氟伐他汀治疗组比较,差异统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氟伐他汀治疗能显著改善尿毒症患者的脂质代谢和微炎症状态。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastation on microinflammatorg state in patients with uremia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 56 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given fluvastatin (20 mg daily) and the control was given non fluvastatin therapy. The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interlukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor al- phs (TNF-α) and serum lipid were determined. All parameters were assayed again after 6 months. Results Six months after treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, TG, TC, and LDL-C in the observation group were lower, while serum HDL-C was higher than before (P 〈0. 05) . The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF -α, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C were signifi- cantly improved in the observation group than those in the cnontrol group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Fluvastation significantly improves serum lipid metabolism and alleviates the microinflammation in patients with uremia subjected to maintenance hemodialysis.
