| 摘 要： | 目的 检测肺鳞癌组织中膜联蛋白Ⅰ(Annexin-1，Anx-A1)的表达水平，探讨其临床意义。方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR(RQ-PCR)和Western blot方法检测22例肺鳞癌组织及其相应癌旁正常组织中Anx-A1 mRNA及蛋白的表达水平，并分析其与临床病理指标的关系。结果 肺鳞癌组织中Anx-A1 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平均高于癌旁正常组织，在低分化肺鳞癌组织中的表达水平高于高、中分化肺鳞癌组织，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Anx-A1 在早期(Ⅰ期＋Ⅱ期)肺鳞癌组织和非早期(Ⅲ期)癌组织中表达水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Anx-A1在肺鳞癌中表达上调，可能与肺癌的发生、发展相关。
