| 摘 要： | 目的观察泰勒宁治疗中重度癌痛的效果并与美施康定对比。方法将68例中重度癌痛患者随机分为泰勒宁组(T组，n=34)和美施康定组(M组，n=34)，观察两组患者的疼痛缓解效果及不良反应。结果T组和M组的中重度癌痛有效缓解率尤其是中度癌痛的有效缓解率，两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗期间部分患者出现恶心、呕吐、便秘及尿潴留的不良反应，两组相比T组不良反应的发生率明显小于M组。结论泰勒宁可作为临床治疗中重度癌痛尤其是中度癌痛的一个较好的选择。
