| 摘 要： | 本文报告了3例子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病,系子宫平滑肌瘤的一罕见类型,临床经过良性。病理特征为平滑肌组织呈蠕虫样伸入子宫或盆腔静脉内,瘤细胞分化良好,核分裂象少或无,瘤组织富于厚壁小血管。诊断时应与淋巴管内间质肌病、子宫平滑肌肉瘤、腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病及良性转移性平滑肌瘤鉴别。

| Abstract: | We studied three cases of intravenous leiomyomatosis of the uterus,one of the rare types of leiomyoma of the uterus.The tumor has a benign behavior,though the smooth muscle cells extend into the veins of uterus and pelvis.Histologically,it is consisted of well differentiated smooth muscle cells with few mitotic figures.Small blood vessels were the prominent constituent of tumor.It should be differentiated from endolym- phatic leiomyoma,leiomyosarcoma,disseminated peritoneal leiomyotosis and benign metastasizing leiomyoma. |
