清热理气煎剂对30例功能性消化不良患者胃动力、胃肠激素的影响

目的:观察清热理气煎剂对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动力、胃肠激素的影响及临床疗效.方法:FD患者30例,健康对照组18例.FD患者予清热理气煎剂,每次125ml,每日2次,连续服用5天,治疗前后检查液相胃半排空时间、胃肠激素水平,并进行临床症状评分,根据治疗前后的差异,评价清热理气煎剂的临床疗效,并做临床症状积分和胃排空时间、胃肠激素水平的相关性分析.检测结果与健康对照组进行比较.结果:治疗前FD患者液相胃半排空时间长于健康对照组(P<0.01),血浆胃动素水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),血浆胆囊收缩素水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01).治疗后FD组液相胃半排空时间明显缩短(P<0.05),血浆胃动素水平明显升高(P<0.01),胆囊收缩素水平明显降低(P<0.01),症状积分治疗后明显降低(P<0.05).FD组消化不良症状积分与胃排空异常呈正相关,与血浆胃动素水平呈负相关,与胆囊收缩素水平呈正相关.结论:清热理气煎剂对FD有确切疗效.

Effect of Qingre Liqi Decotion on Gastric Motility and Gastrointestinal Hormone of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To study cinical effect of Qingre Liqi Decotion on gastric motility and gastrointestinal hormone level of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:FD group(n=30)and healthy control group(n=18)underwent liquid phase gastric emptying time test,fasting venous plasma motilin and cholecystokinin level and clinical symptom scoring were checked respectively.FD patients were administrated Qingre Liqi Decotion 125ml,twice a day,for five days.Gastric emptying time and fasting venous plasma motilin and cholecystokinin level was re-checked in FD group.Results:Liquid phase gastric emptying time was significantly longer in FD group than that in healthy control group(P<0.01).Fasting venous plasma motilin level was significantly lower(P<0. 01),and cholecystokinin level was significantly higher(P<0.01)than that in healthy control group.After treatment gastric emptying time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Fasting venous plasma motilin level was significantly elevated(P<0.05), and cholecystokinin level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Symptom score was also significantly lowered(P<0.05). Symptom score was of positive relation with abnormal gastric emptying time and plasma cholecystokinin level but of negative relation with motilin level.Conclusion:Qingre Liqi Decotion was of a definite effect on functional dyspepsia.
