| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素6(IL-6)是白细胞介素家族中多功能的细胞因子,也是机体复杂的细胞因子网络中的关键成分。IL-6在调节神经递质和神经内分泌,影响神经细胞膜稳定性及神经细胞凋亡等方面,广泛参与了中枢神经系统的病理生理过程。仅就IL-6与精神分裂症的研究现状予以综述。

| Abstract: | Interleukin 6 is a cytokine with multifunction and considerec as one of the key components of cytokine network. It not only plays an important role in adjusting immune response, hematopoietic system and inducing acute-phase proteins, hut also takes part in adjusting neurotransmitter , neuroendocrine, influencing stability of neurocyte membranes and neuroeyte apoptosis. IL-6 extensively takes part in patho-physiological processes of central nervous system disease. This article makes a brief summary of IL-6 and schizophrenia. |
