| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨精索内静脉高位结扎术后控制输液速度对病人排尿的影响。[方法]将96例行精索内静脉高位结扎术的病人随机分为两组,对照组病人术后采用成人常规的输液速度60gtt/min,当病人出现排尿困难时予以诱导排尿,如下腹部热敷、按摩、听流水声等辅助措施。实验组病人术后采用控制输液速度20gtt/min～30gtt/min,术后6h麻醉作用消失后按成人常规输液速度输液。[结果]实验组排尿异常的发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]精索内静脉高位结扎术后控制输液速度可明显减少排尿异常的发生。
