三种不同方法治疗稽留流产的疗效分析

目的：观察戊酸雌二醇配伍米非司酮加米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的疗效。方法：选择稽留流产患者120例，随机分为3组，每组各40例，所有患者均每日服用戊酸雌二醇5rag，3次／d，共3d；实验组1服用戊酸雌二醇l天后予米非司酮150mg空腹顿服，48h后顿服米索前列醇600μg，实验组2服用戊酸雌二醇同时服用米非司酮25mg，2次／d，共3d。对照组仅服用戊酸雌二醇。观察三组患者出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合征、二次刮宫发生率。结果：三组出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合症、二次刮宫发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：稽留流产患者刮宫前服用戊酸雌二醇配伍米非司酮加米索前列醇，疗效较好，值得临床推广。

The Effect of Different Methods in the Treatment of Missed Abortion

Objective： To explore clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Method： 120 cases of missed abortion patients were randomly divided into three groups, including 40 eases for every group. All the patients were given estradiol valerate 5mg for 3 days, 3 times a day. After 1 day, treatment group 1 was given mifepristone 150mg, and misoprostol 600μg 48 hours later. Treatment group 2 were given mifepristone 25mg for 3 days, twice a day. The bleed loss, operation time, abortion syndrome and the second curettage incidence were observed and ana- lyzed. Result： There was significant difference among the three groups in the bleed loss, operation time, abortion syndrome and the second curettage incidence （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of TCM with western medicine for treatment of ulcerative proctitis colon can reduce the toxicities of drugs and the rate of recurrence, so it is worthy of clinical application. The effect of estradiol valerate, mifepristone and misoprostol in the application of missed abortion before the curettage is remarkable, and it should be widely applied.
