腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取2006年6月至2012年6月在我院妇科住院治疗的112例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，随机将其分为传统开腹组和腹腔镜组，比较两组患者临床疗效指标和并发症发生情况。结果：腹腔镜组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间和术后并发症发生率均少／低于传统开腹组的，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而腹腔镜组患者的住院费用和手术满意度明显高于传统开腹组的，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切，具有术中出血量少、手术时间短、术后住院时间短、术后胃肠功能恢复时间短、术后并发症发生率．少和患者手术满意度高等优点，值得进一步推广。

The Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Myomectomy for Patients with Uterine Fibroids

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic myomectomy for pa- tients with uterine fibroids. Method： The clinical data of one hundred and twelve patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in the department of gynaeeology in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2012 were collected, the patients were divided into the traditional open surgery group and the laparoscopic myomectomy group by using a random number table, the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications of each group was evaluated. Result： The perioperative bleeding loss, operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function of time was lower in the laparoseopie myomectomy group than that in the traditional open surgery group （ P〈0. 05）, but the hospital cost and surgery satisfaction was higher in the laparoscopie myomectonay group than that in the traditional open surgery group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The laparoscopic myomectomy obtained satisfactory curative effect for patients with the uterine fibroids, and it is safe, reliable, less perioperative bleeding zation time and postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal it is worthy of clinical application. short operation time,less postoperative hospitalifunction of time, the higher surgery satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
