颅脑损伤患者预后影响因素调查研究

目的：探讨颅脑损伤患者预后影响因素。方法：收集2011年6月至2012年6月在我院神经外科住院治疗的108例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料，依据患者出院时GoS分为预后良好组与预后差组，采用二分类Logistic回归分析对颅脑损伤患者预后影响因素进行统计分析。结果：颅脑损伤预后良好率为67．59％，多因素Logistic回归分析显示高钠血症、合并伤和术后感染是影响颅脑损伤患者预后的危险因素，而康复训练到位是影响颅脑损伤患者预后的保护因素。结论：颅脑损伤患者预后同时受多方面因素的影响，我们应针对性的采取干预措施来提高患者的预后，改善患者的预后。

Study on Prognosis Status of Craniocerebral Injury and the Influence Factors

Objective： To investigate prognosis status and its influential factors of craniocerebral injury. Method： The clinical data of one hundred and eight patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were collected. Then they were divided into the the good prognosis group and the the bad prognosis group according to whether prognosis status or not, the collected clinical data of patients with craniocerebral injury were analysed for binary classification logistic regression analysis to find out prognosis status and its influential factors of craniocerebral injury. Result： The good prognosis rate was 67.59%, binary classification logistic regression analysis showed that hypematremia, associated injury and postoperative infection had risk factors, but treatment in time was a protective factor. Conclusion： The prognosis status of craniocerebral injury is affected by various factors. We should take countermeasures of prevention and control measures to prevent craniocerebral injury.
