护理干预对预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的：探讨在骨科手术后采用护理干预措施对预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法：选取我院自2008年6月至2010年3月收治的150例骨科手术患者作为研究对象，在患者知情同意下按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各75例，对照组给予常规护理措施，干预组给予针对性干预性护理，比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果：干预组下肢肿痛1例，超声检查阳性1例，发生率为1．33％；对照组下肢肿痛8例，腓肠肌压痛6例，超声检查阳性9例，发生率为12．0％。两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率比较有明显差异（X^2=12．436，P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：采用护理干预措施可降低骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率，值得推广应用。

Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Department of Orthopedics

Objective： To investigate the operation in the department of orthopedics after the use of the nursing intervention on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis. Method： In our hospital from Jun. 2008 to Mar. 2010, 150 cases patients of Department of orthopedics operation as the object of study, the patients informed consent to randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. the control group was given routine nursing measures, the intervention group was given nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients after the deep vein thrombosis occurrence. Result： The intervention group of lower limbs in 1 case, ultrasound examination was positive in 1 case, the incidence of 1.33% ; the control group of 8 cases of lower limb swelling and pain, gastrocnemius muscle tenderness in 6 cases, ultrasound examination was positive in 9 cases, the incidence rate was 12%. The two groups of patients with deep vein the incidence of thrombosis significant difference（ X^2 = 12.436, P〈0.05 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The nursing intervention can reduce the Department of orthopedics operation after deep vein thrombosis incidence, it is worthy of popularization and application.
