系统超声检查对胎儿畸形的产前诊断价值研究

目的：探讨系统超声检查对胎儿畸形的产前诊断价值，提高诊断率。方法：对经过系统超声检查所发现的胎儿畸形96例的声像图进行研究，并将产前产后进行比较。96例胎儿畸形中共有92例诊断完全符合（仅4例漏诊），确诊率为95．83％，其中包括单发畸形有75例，复合畸形有13例，多器官畸形有5例。结果：96例胎儿畸形中共有92例诊断完全符合（仅4例漏诊），确诊率为95．83％。结论：系统超声可以有效观察到胎儿的发育情况，是诊断胎儿是否畸形的最佳方法，有着相当重要的临床诊断价值。

Research the Value of Systematic Ultrasonography Examination for Prenatal Diagnosis of Fetal Malformation

Objective： Discuss the value of systematic ultrasonography examination in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation to improve the diagnosis rate. Method： Study the 96 cases of fetal malformation of the ultrasonography which is found through systematic uhrasonography examination, and compare prenatal and posmatal conditions . 92 of the 96 cases of fetal malformation is diagnosed fully coincidence （ Only 4 cases is missed diagnosed}, including single deformity in 75 cases, muhiple malformation in 13 cases and muhiple or- gan abnormalities in 5 cases. The positive rate was 95.83%. Result：92 of the 96 cases of fetal malformation is diagnosed fully coincidence （ Only 4 cases was missed sion： Systematic in the diagnosis diagnosed ）. The positive rate was 95.83%. Conclu- ultrasonography examination can effectively observe fetal development, which is the best way of fetal malformation. It has a very important value in clinical diagnosis.
