| 摘 要： | 本文探讨应用稀释法消除胆汁中抑制物质对鲎试验内毒素测定的影响。胆汁稀释后,用产色基质法按血浆内毒素定量原理测定,可获得较好结果。测定32例非胆系疾病胆囊胆汁内毒素浓度,平均为6.93±3.43ng/ml,最小一最大值为1.55—21.20ng/ml。

| Abstract: | This study was carried out to explore the method of measuring the level of endotoxin in human bile in which the inhibitory substances had been re- duced through dilution. The samples were diluted into 1: 300-1: 800, and then limulus test was performed, just as it is done for determining plasma endotoxin. In 32 cases free from biliary duct disease, the levels of endo- toxins in the bile extracted from the gallbladder varied from 1.55ng/ml to 21.20ng/ml, with a mean of 6.93ng/ml (SD 3.43ng/ml). |
