ICU车祸患者家属身心状况及需求调查分析

目的 了解ICU车祸患家属的身心状况及需求。方法 采用自身设计调查表对120例ICU车祸患家属的心理状态和行为及需求进行间卷调查和访谈。结果 75％的家属需要及时了解病人病情，以及希望医护人员全力抢救病人，及时知道患预后等需求；表现出食欲减退、焦虑、失眠、家庭责任改变的行为。结论 加强对ICU护士的全面培训，给予患家属有效心理支持，是促进患家属身心健康的保证。

A survey of physical and mental conditions of patient's families in ICU

Objective To study families'physical and mental cond it ions of patients from traffic accidents in ICU.Methods A self-designed questionn aire involving mental conditions,behaviors and requirements of patients from tra ffic accidents in ICU was used among120patients from traffic accidents in ICU fo r survey and interview.Res ults75%family members needed to know patients'condit ions,the timely rescue as well as their prognosis,appearing to be anxious,sleepl ess and even change behaviors involving family responsibility.Conclus ion The st rengthening of whole-scale training and effective mental support can promote the health physically and mentally.
