摘 要: | 鼓励与约束机制是临床新技术管理的两个方面。根据临床新技术开展的不同阶段,采取不同的激励措施。科学的约束机制是激励措施的重要前提。应注意避免3个问题:激励庸俗化、管理机械化、激励和管理对立化。

Abstract: | The encouragement and restriction mechanism is the two aspects of new clinical technology management. Based on the different stages of new clinical technology, different incentive measures should be carried out ; and scientific restraint mechanism is an important prerequisite for incentives measures. There are three problems should be avoided: vulgarization of incentive, mechanization of management, opposition between incentive and management. |
