高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病88例临床观察

目的：探讨高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效。方法：对住院的132例HIE在五点治疗的基础上将其中88例应用高压治疗。44例为对照组。结果：轻度HIE高压氧治疗组和有效率均达1005，迥度和重度高压氧治疗组其疗效均高于对照组，其有效率分别为100％与87．5％,对照组中度和重度有效率分别为81．8％与50％。结论高压氧治疗HIE在改善临床症状，促进意识恢复、减少、终止惊厥、改善肌张力等较常规治疗效显著，有效用推广的价值。

Clinical observation of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy on 88 cases of newborn hypoxic-ischemic

Objective To study the effect of hepoxic oxygenation therapy on newborn hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 88 cases were treated with of 132 in patients of HIE hyperbaric oxygenation on the basis of five points with hospital. Results The effective rate for HIE were 100% with hyperbaric oxygenation in control group.In group of medium and serious cases treated with hyperbaric oxygenation,the effective rates were rspectively 100% and 87% group.The effective rate were 81 8% and 50% in control group. Conclusions It showed the hyperbaric oxygention therapy of HIE can improve clinical symptoms it is significantly effectve to promote recovery of routine therapy.It is worth introducing.
