东莞市麻疹流行病学研究

摘    要:目的 研究东莞市麻疹流行特征 ,为制定麻疹预防控制策略提供科学依据。 方法 采用抗体捕捉 EL ISA方法对 2 0 0 1年度发生的疑似麻疹病人急性期血清中 Ig M抗体进行检测 ,分析本地和外地人口中麻疹确诊病例的流行特征。 结果  2 0 0 1年本地人口麻疹发病率为 2 .93/10万 ,外地人口麻疹发病率为 33.16 /10万 ,总发病率为 2 1.76 /10万 ,发病季节高峰在 3~ 5月 ,以小龄儿童发病为主 ,10岁以下儿童麻疹发病率随年龄增大逐年下降 ;外地人口数在 10万以上的地区麻疹发病率明显增高。 结论  2 0 0 1年麻疹发病率为 2 1.76 /10万 ,以小龄儿童发病为主 ,外地人口数的多少影响麻疹发病率高低。

Abstract:Objective To understand the epidemic charateristics of measles in Dongguan. Methods The serum specimens were collected from the suspected measles patients in 2001 and tested for measles IgM antibody by capture-IgM ELISA, positive patients are analyzed in native residents of Dongguan and floating population group. Results 1,173 serum specimens were tested,the positive rate was 75.45%.The incidence rates of measles of the native residents of Dongguan and the floating population are 2.93/100,000 and 33.16/100,000 respectively. While the total rate is 21.76/100,000. The peak incidence of measles is during March and May. The major patients are little children and the incidence of measles is declined by age increase under 10-year-old children. The incidence of measles is significantly increased in the areas with floating population over 100 thousdand. Conclusion The total incidence of measles in 2001 is 21.76/100,000 and the major patients are little children. The incidence of measles is affected by the amount of floating population.
