完全性子宫破裂产妇六例的护理

目的探讨完全性子宫破裂产妇的护理干预方法。方法回顾并总结6例完全性子宫破裂产妇的发病特点及救治、护理过程。结果产妇恢复健康5例,放弃治疗1例;健康新生儿2例,死胎3例,死产1例。结论早期发现子宫破裂先兆,快速完善术前准备,及时手术,是决定母婴预后的关键;加强孕前指导及围产期保健可有效预防子宫破裂的发生。

Nursing of Six Cases of Complete Metrorrhexis

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of complete metrorrhexis.Methods The clinical features,treatment and nursing procedure in 6 puerperas with complete metrorrhexis were summarized retrospectively.Results Five puerperas recovered and one quitted the treatment.The number of healthy newborn infant,fetal death and stillbirth accounted for 2,3 and 1 respectively.Conclusion Early detection of signs of metrorrhexis combined with quickly improved preoperative preparation and timely operative time plays a key role in determining the prognosis for the mothers and infants.The perinatal health guidance before pregnancy and perioperative health care can effectively prevent the occurrence of metrorrhexis.
