深静脉穿刺置管术在重危患者抢救中的应用

目的：探讨深静脉穿刺置管术在重危患者抢救中的应用方法与特点。方法：回顾分析210例深静脉穿刺置管术的急救对象、穿刺结果、操作特点、并发症及处理。结果：本组210例经皮深静脉穿刺均获成功，在2～10min内建立静脉通道，留置导管时间最长94d，全部病例未出现血气胸、败血症等严重并发症。结论：采用深静脉穿刺置管术，具有操作简单、迅速的独特优点；即时监测静脉压力和调整输液速度；但需及时处理出现的并发症。

The Application of Deep Venous Puncture Catheter Placement in Severe Patients

Objective： To discuss the deep venous puncture catheter placement method and characteristic applied in the severe patients. Method： To review and analyse 210 cases of the deep venous puncture catheter placement on saving severe patients for deep venous puncture results,operative peculiarity,complications and management. Result： 210 cases＇ operation is successful for the deep venous puncture catheter placement. We finished the venous channel for 2 -10 minutes and indwelling catheter＇ s times is most long time for 94 days. There are no appearing the hydropneumothorax, septicemia and any complications. Conlusion： The special advantages of taking the deep venous puncture catheter placement is operative briefness and speedy. It can monitor the venous pressure and adjust the speed of transfusion instant. But we must treat the appearing complication in time.
