针灸内关、合谷、足三里穴在COPD合并消化不良中的治疗价值探讨

目的:观察在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并消化不良中应用针灸内关、合谷、足三里穴方案,对消化不良症状、临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法:选择2018年12月—2019年12月我院收治的100例COPD合并消化不良患者的临床资料,50例单纯给予盐酸伊托必利胶囊治疗,作为对照组;50例除给予盐酸伊托必利胶囊外,另给予针灸内关、合谷、足三里穴进行治疗,作为观察组。将两组治疗前后消化不良症状总积分、疗效及肺功能进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组消化不良症状总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FEV1与FEV1/FVC低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COPD合并消化不良给予盐酸伊托必利胶囊联合针灸内关、合谷、足三里穴的方案,能够促进消化不良症状的改善,提高临床疗效,促进肺功能的恢复。

Discussion on the therapeutic value of acupuncture at Neiguan,Hegu and Zusanli points in patients with COPD and dyspepsia

Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion of Neiguan,Hegu and Zusanli on patients with COPD and dyspepsia,and to explore the effects on the symptoms of indigestion,clinical efficacy and pulmonary function. Methods:Choose the clinical data of 100 patients with COPD and dyspepsia admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019. Fifty patients were treated with itopride hydrochloride capsules as a control group,and 50 patients were excluded in addition to giving itopride hy-drochloride capsules,acupuncture at Neiguan,Hegu and Zusanli points were given for treatment,and they were used as the observation group. Then the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment,such as total score of dyspepsia symptoms,treatment efficacy and lung function. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total score of dyspepsia was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The giving itopride hydrochloride capsules combined with acupuncture at Neiguan,Hegu and Zusanli points in patients with COPD and dyspepsia can promote the improvement of patients with dyspepsia symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and promote the recovery of lung function.
