ProBNP、hs-CRP与急性脑梗死、中医证型相关性研究

近年来众多研究发现急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清脑钠肽前体(ProBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与急性脑梗死发作关系密切。祖国传统医学治疗脑梗死,主张辨证论治为基本原则,注重个体差异达到精准治疗疗效。本文就ACI患者与其血清proBNP、hs-CRP水平的相关性及临床意义,以及对缺血性中风病急性期中医证型加以研析,为临床研究ProBNP、hs-CRP与缺血性中风病中医证型的相关性提供依据。

Study on the correlation between proBNP,hs CRP and acute cerebral infarction,TCM syndrome type

In recent years, many studies have found that serum pro-brain natriuretic peptide(PROBNP)and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) are closely related to the onset of ACI. The traditional Chinese medicine treats cerebral infarction, and advocates the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and pays attention to individual differences to achieve precise therapeutic effect. In this paper, the correlation and clinical significance between ACI patients and their serum levels of PROBNP, hs-CRP, as well as the TCM syndrome types of ischemic stroke at acute stage were studied to provide evidence for clinical study of the relationship between PROBNP, hs-CRP and TCM syndrome types of ischemic stroke.
