带状疱疹相关性疼痛机制及治疗研究进展

带状疱疹相关性疼痛贯穿带状疱疹发病全程,既是患者就医原因,也是医者关注重点。如何早期介入治疗、减少后遗神经痛、提高生活质量,一直是临床治疗的关键。带状疱疹相关性疼痛临床表现多样,发病机制复杂,治疗方案多样尚无明确统一的临床指南。本文就治疗方面新进展作一综述,以期为后续临床治疗方案优化提供线索及理论支持。

Advances in the study of the mechanisms and therapies of herpes zoster related pain

Herpes Zoster-associated pain occurs in the whole process of the disease in patients with herpes zoster,it is not only the main reason for patients to seek medical treatment,but also the focus of clinical treatment. How to intervene this disorder in the early stage and effectively improve its prognosis has always been the focus and difficulty of clinical treatment. The pathogenesis of herpes zoster-re-lated pain is complex and the clinical manifestations are diverse. This article summarizes the recent relevant literature,and reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of herpes zoster-related pain. We hope it could provide clues and theoretical support for the future optimiza-tion of clinical treatment.
