针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床效果观察

目的:探讨针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的效果。方法:将86例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为对照组及观察组,各43例。对照组口服氟西汀治疗,观察组实施针刺疗法治疗,共4周。结果:治疗前两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分(21.09±3.23)分VS(20.95±3.48)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗1周HAMD评分(18.09±3.32)分、2周(14.01±4.09)分、4周(11.34±3.38)分,低于对照组的(20.36±2.98)分、(16.87±4.14)分、(14.87±3.37)分(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁症,能够有效降低HAMD评分,提高治疗效果,适于临床广泛推广。

Clinical effect of acupuncture on post-stroke depression

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on post-stroke depression. Method:86 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each 43 cases. The control group was treated with fluoxetine orally,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture for 4 weeks. Result:There was no difference in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score(21.09±3.23)vs(20.95±3.48)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The HAMD score of the observation group 1 weeks(18.09±3.32), 2 weeks(14.01±4.09), 4 weeks(11.34±3.38) were lower than those in the control group(20.36±2.98),(16.87±4.14),(14.87± 3.37)(P<0.05), The total effective(95.35%,41/43)higher than the control group(76.74%,33/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression can effectively reduce the HAMD score and improve the treatment effect,which is suitable for clinical application.
