心包腔内留置导管并注入甘露聚糖肽治疗癌性心包积液15例

背景]观察心包腔内留置导管并注入甘露聚糖肽治疗癌性心包积液的疗效.病例报告]选择自2007年1月至2009年7月间经细胞学检查确诊为癌性心包积液患者15例,行心包穿刺留置导管,排尽心包积液,注入甘露聚糖肽20mg/次,1周1次,最多给药3次,用药后第1周及第4周观察心包积液量的变化情况.结果见,完全缓解者为7例,部分缓解为4例,无效为4例.讨论]心包腔内留置导管并注入甘露聚糖肽治疗癌性心包积液的疗效可靠,操作简便,安全可靠.

Pericardiocentensis with central vein duct and effects of injecting Mannatide into pericardial cavity in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion

BACKGROUND To observe the effects of indwelling venous catheter and injection mannatide into pericardial cavity in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion. CASE REPORTS 15 cases of malignant pericardial effusion, diagnosed by cytological examination in our hospital from January, 2007 to July, 2009, puncture inserted central venous catheter drainage, primers chance packet effusion, pericardial cavity via catheter to inject mannatide 20 mg once. Injecting drug once a week, at most three times a week. The volume of pericardial effusion was observed after injecting durg 1 and 4 weeks. In the 15 cases, 7 cases of CR,4 cases of PR,4 cases of PD. DISCUSSION Pericardiocentensis with central vein duct and injecting mannatide into pericardial cavity in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion has better efficacy, convenient operation, safety and reliability.
