放疗联合多西紫杉醇加顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

背景与目的 探讨多西紫杉醇加顺铂联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及毒副作用.方法 81例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分成两组,A组41例,应用多西紫杉醇加顺铂同步放疗组,B组40例,单纯放疗组,两组均行原发灶剂量62 Gy-70 Gy,区域淋巴结剂量56 Gy-66 Gy.结果 客观近期有效率,中位生存期和1年、2年、3年生存率:放化组分别为65.8%,中位生存期141、月和63.1%、39.4%、28.996;而单放组为44.4%,中位生存期11个月和41.6%、27.7%、11.1%.两例近期有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05).毒副作用可耐受,无治疗相关性死亡.结论 以多西紫杉醇加顺铂联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有效率较高,安全性较好的综合治疗方案,值得采用.
