134例糖耐量低减人群中医证候和证型特点调查

目的探讨糖耐量低减(IGT)人群中医证型特点,为临床施治提供依据。方法通过口服糖耐量试验筛选IGT病例,记录包括腰臀比、体重指数、血压、血糖、肝肾功能、血脂等一般项目;从"正虚""邪凑"两方面选择典型症状设计中医证候问卷,专人采集四诊资料,累计积分,归纳证型。结果筛选出134例资料完整的IGT病例。在代表"正虚"的4种证型中,"气虚证"居于第1位,发生率接近50%,"阴虚证"居第2位;在代表"邪凑"的3种证型中,"燥热证">"湿热证">"血瘀证","燥热证"和"湿热证"总发生率超过40%。结论IGT人群证候特点:"正虚"以"气虚"为主,"阴虚"为辅;引起IGT的"邪凑"以热邪为主,分为燥热和湿热两种类型。

Survey on Symptoms and Syndromes of Impaired Glucose Tolerance in 134 Patients

Objective To investigate the characteristics of symptoms and syndromes of impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) for clinical evidence.Methods The waist/hip,weight index,blood pressure,blood glucose,liver and kidney function,and blood lipid were observed in IGT patients;questionnaire was used to survey clinical symptoms and syndromes.Results In the four deficiency syndromes,qi-deficiency syndrome ranked first,up to 50%;in the three excess syndromes,dryness-heat syndrome came first and followed by dampness-heat syndrome and blood -stasis syndrome,with the first two syndromes over 40% .Conclusion Impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) is characterized by qi deficiency in deficiency syndrome and by dryness heat and dampness heat in excess syndrome.
