摘    要:目的观察二氧化氯(ClO2)消毒液对坑道环境物体表面真菌消毒效果,为特殊情况下人员进驻提供卫生保障依据。方法用活化后ClO2消毒液对坑道环境物体表面用气溶胶喷雾器喷雾消毒。于消毒前后采样检测真菌数,计算杀灭率。结果 500 mg/L ClO2消毒液消毒30 min,物体表面的真菌杀灭率为96.4%。结论 ClO2消毒液对以真菌污染为主要特点的坑道内物体表面杀菌效果好,是特殊情况下人员进驻坑道内对物体表面消毒的理想消毒剂。

Abstract:Objective To observe the disinfection effect of fungi on the objects' surface with chlorine dioxide(ClO2) disinfectant in tunnel,and to provide a health protection for personnel entrances under special conditions. Methods The surface in tunnel was disinfected through spraying activated ClO2 disinfectant using air aerosol spray.The number of fungi was detected before and after disinfection,and then the rate of killing was calculated.
