| Abstract: | This article reviews the anatomical shape,variation and the adjacent relations of the stellate ganglion. The origin of preganglionic neurons and the distribution of postganglionic neurons are described. The physiological functions of steltate ganglion is outlined. This article will provide the theory bases for stellate ganglion nerve block. |
