| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PTEN与C-met在子宫内膜癌中的表达、意义及两者的关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测50例正常子宫内膜、55例子宫内膜癌标本中PTEN和C-met的表达。结果子宫内膜癌PTEN阳性率表达低于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),子宫内膜癌FIGO分期及组织分级间PTEN表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P0.05);子宫内膜癌C-met表达阳性率高于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),C-met表达阳性率随子宫内膜癌FIGO分期及组织分级的增高而增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);子宫内膜癌中,PTEN与C-met呈负相关(P0.05)。结论 PTEN和C-met可作为早期诊断子宫内膜癌的参考指标,C-met可作为判断子宫内膜癌预后的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of PTEN and C-met in endometrial carcinoma,and to investigate the relationship among PTEN,C-met and endometrial carcinoma.
