自制芦荟美容膏联合艾灸治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的：观察自制芦荟美容膏联合艾灸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：黄褐斑患者104例随机分为治疗组74例和对照组30例,治疗组用自制芦荟美容膏结合神阙（隔姜灸疗法治疗;对照组给予维生素C片和维生素E胶丸治疗,2组连续治疗4周为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈42例,显效22例,总有效率86.49%;对照组痊愈5例,显效12例,总有效率56.67%。两组结果经统计学处理差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：自制芦荟美容膏联合艾灸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效较显著。

Clinical Study on Homemade Aloe Beauty Cream Combined with Moxibustion to Treat of Chloasma

Objective Observe clinical effect of homemade aloe beauty cream combined with moxibustion on chloasma.Methods 104 cases of chloasma were randomly divided into therapy group of 74 cases and control group of 30 cases.The therapy group were given self-made aloe hairdressing anointed with god que hole ginger moxibustion therapy,and the control group were treated with vitamin C and vitamin E Capsule.Two groups were continuous treated for 4 weeks as a course and two courses were observed after treatment.Results 42 cases of therapy group were cured,22 cases markedly effective,the total efficiency was 86.49%;In control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,total effective rate was 56.67%.Difference of the result between two groups have statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Homemade aloe beauty cream combined with moxibustion have significant clinical effect on treating of chloasma.
