怀化市先天性甲低的筛查和早期治疗状况分析

目的了解怀化市先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)筛查情况和治疗状况,探讨一条真正适合经济欠发达地区的CH患儿的管理办法,提高该地区的出生人口素质。方法通过对30例目前还在治疗病例的追踪和随访,并对其最近一次体格发育、智力发育、骨龄和甲状腺功能等资料进行总结和分析。结果怀化市的33例CH患儿中规范治疗的18人,仅占54.5%,但随着经济形势的好转,规范治疗率在逐年提高,差异有统计学意义。通过评估30名CH患儿的体格发育均在正常范围。有一例患儿骨龄落后同龄儿童两年以上。虽无智力发育迟缓者,但与其他地区甲低患儿相比普遍表现适应能力不佳。这与较低的依从性有关。从而提出四点改善管理的办法。以提高治疗的依从性。结论通过各种方法提高新生儿疾病筛查率,早期发现、早期诊断及治疗CH患儿,避免智力低下等损害,提高人口素质。

Analysis on Early Screening and Treatment of Congenital Hypothyroidism in Huaihua
