安化县中小学生贫血状况调查

摘    要:目的了解安化县中小学生贫血状况。方法选择不同地区的学生16 027名,采用氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定血红蛋白。结果 16 027名学生的贫血检出率为8.20%,其中中学生为9.35%,小学生为7.33%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.21,P0.01);城区学生贫血检出率为9.39%,农村学生贫血检出率为6.97%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.89,P0.01),男生的贫血检出率为7.14%,女生为9.29%,性别之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.59,P0.01)。各年龄段学生贫血检出率呈现6岁、13岁组双高峰特点。结论不合理的饮食结构和不良饮食习惯是导致安化县中小学生贫血的主要原因。

Abstract:Objective To know the anemia status among primary and middle school students in Anhua County. Methods A total of 16,027 students were selected from different regions of Anhua County.Hemoglobin value was determined by the cyanmethemoglobin method. Results The detection rate of anemia in 16,027 students was 8.20%.The detection rate of anemia in middle school students was 9.35%,that in primary school students was 7.33%;and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=21.21,P〈0.01).The detection rate of anemia in the students in urban areas was 9.39%,that in the students in rural areas was 6.97%;and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=30.89,P〈0.01).The detection rate of anemia in male students was 7.14%,that in female students was 9.29%;and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=24.59,P〈0.01).The detection rate of anemia among the different age groups of students showed the double-peak feature which occurred in the age groups of 6 and 13 years. Conclusions Unreasonable diet and unhealthy eating habits are the main reasons to cause anemia among primary and middle school students in Anhua County.
